Alex: Holy freezeballs. Have you ever had Rita’s Water Ice?
Nik: Nope.
Alex: It was someone’s birthday at work and when it’s your birthday, you get to pick your treats. She chose Rita’s Water Ice and at first we were a little skeptical, BUT it was a treat straight from the heavens. It’s like if ice cream and a slushie had a baby. I want to pour it all over my face and body and have Ryan Gosling lick it off.
Nik: I’d let Cristiano Ronaldo lick it off. And David Beckham. At the same time. Wait, it has FROZEN CUSTARD IN IT?!! I miss Culver’s. Let’s get Rita’s this weekend.
Alex: OMG I MISS CULVER’S SO MUCH!!! Butter Burger in and around my mouth right now.
Nik: This post is bordering food porn.
Alex: Is that a bad thing?
Nik: It’s getting creepy.
Alex: You’re making it creepy.
Nik: I don’t want Rita’s or Culver’s.

Nik:  It’s delicious.  That is all.

Cake ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 – 15 ounce can pumpkin
* Mix the above ingredients, then add the following:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
* Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 38-40 minutes.
Frosting ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese
½ stick butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
*Beat first four ingredients well and then mix in the powdered sugar.
